Wotan Rapid O CNC Boring Mill Installation
We had no expierence with this brand machine or the GE Mark Century 2000 control or the Gettys drives.
We were very excited working on this machine and found out that the GE guys that worked on these machines are retired. We were able to clear 25 alarms we got this machine running!
Stiles Press
This machine was very difficult there was no manufacturer to talk to and the schematics were limited. Following a down stroke it retracted very slowly. After putting some pressure gauges in several hydraulic circuits we figured out that it was being stopped from retracting by a piece of dirt in a pilot operated check valve.
Dahlih 2100 with a Fanuc O control. This machine had an on-going problem with various symptoms. The biggest problem was it would never stay broke. One day it did and we found the bad part replaced it and its been fine since.
